Riggotts were pole position in the recent London Motor Show at the Excel Exhibition Centre, creating a temporary race track and show stand for car enthusiasts to enjoy.

The Nottinghamshire-based company were appointed by stand designers to mark out the Aston Martin stand inside the hall and to create a mini race track for Mazda - both outside using Riggotts’ latest product in its unique Esseline range.

They used Esseline CR - a cost effective and highly durable chlorinated rubber line marking and surface coating material, specially designed for use on asphalt and concrete surfaces both external and internal.

Riggotts Commercial Director Nick Riggott explained: “We were approached by the stand designers who wanted a line marking material which would give them the flexibility in bright colours which could be quickly applied as time is of the essence in setting up for the Motor Show.

“Our team worked over the weekend marking out the required areas alongside the other contractors who were all working to extremely tight deadlines.

“The beauty of Esseline CR is that it is wheel dry in just 15 minutes and retains its colour brilliance under all conditions so it looked as good on the last day of the show as it did at the beginning.
