It is fantastic to think that our line marking forms part of such a prestigious exhibition to showcase the worlds most famous airliner. — Darren Riggott
The UKs leading line marking and road marking specialist has prepared the hangar which will house the world famous Concorde aircraft to recreate runway and taxi-way markings on the hangar floor. Concorde G-BOAC, pride of the British Airways supersonic fleet, is now safely housed in her new hangar at Manchester Airports Aviation Viewing Park, with an authentic floor marking prepared by Nottinghamshire based Riggotts.
Protected from the elements, Concorde will be admired by thousands of fans and the floor markings form an integral part of the exhibition experience, helping to bring the golden age of aviation to life once more. Riggotts Operations Director, Darren Riggott, said: It is fantastic to think that our line marking forms part of such a prestigious exhibition to showcase the worlds most famous airliner.
Our key selling point has always been the professional standard of Riggotts work and airports do form part of our portfolio. Nonetheless, with so many visitors looking at this work, Im pleased that the team delivered such a flawless finish.
